Steel fiber modification method and application thereof in concrete
The invention belongs to the technical field of buildings, and discloses a modification method of steel fibers and application of the steel fibers in concrete. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing polyallylamine hydrochloride (PAH), dissolving in a phosphoric acid buffer salt solution (PBS), fully stirring to obtain a PAH solution with a specific concentration, and preparing a sodium silicate solution with a certain concentration for later use; the steel fibers are placed in a PAH solution to be soaked for specific time, then taken out and cleaned with clear water; the cleaned steel fibers are further placed in a sodium silicate (Na2SiO3) solution with a certain concentration to be subjected to dipping treatment for a specific time; taking out the steeped steel fibers, and cleaning with clear water; and 5, drying the cleaned steel fibers to constant weight, and cooling to room temperature for later use. The quality of the steel fibers can be further improved, the strength and durability of the concrete can be remarkably enhanced, and the concrete has very positive effects on prolonging the service life of the concrete and reducing the service life cycle maintenance cost of a concrete structure.
