The invention discloses a slow controlled release grouting reinforcement material for weak broken surrounding rock, and the powder material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 300-400 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 50-80 parts of fly ash, 10-20 parts of a magnesium oxide expanding agent, 10-20 parts of a powder polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, 10-20 parts of a thickening agent and 10-20 parts of a slow controlled release exciting agent. The concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 0.2-0.5 part of a powder polycarboxylic acid water reducer, 0.1-0.3 part of a thickening agent, 3-5 parts of a sustained-release exciting agent and the balance of fly ash. The sustained and controlled release type grouting reinforcement material for the soft broken surrounding rock, provided by the invention, is high in fluidity, long in retention time, high in setting and hardening speed, high in early strength, micro in volume expansion, good in durability, low in temperature sensitivity and high in cost performance.
