Thin high-strength glazed foamed ceramic plate and production technology thereof
The total thickness of the thin high-strength glazed foamed ceramic plate ranges from 10 mm to 20 mm, the thickness of a glaze ranges from 1 mm to 5 mm, the glaze contains but is not limited to matte glaze, glazed glaze, microcrystalline glaze and three-dimensional glaze, the fracture modulus is larger than 2.5 Mpa, and the volume density ranges from 300 Kg/m < 3 > to 700 Kg/m < 3 >. The matrix formula comprises the following raw materials: 5%-30% of kaolin (or calcined kaolin), 15%-50% of chinastone, 20%-60% of perlite, 0-10% of shale, 0-5% of fly ash, 0.2%-0.5% of D50 (median) 2 [mu] m green silicon carbide micropowder, 0.3%-0.8% of fluorite dust collecting powder and 0.2%-0.5% of sodium metasilicate. The method is applied to the fields of door and window opening structures of glazed foamed ceramic plate outer wall external thermal insulation systems, composite thermal insulation plates, composite sound insulation plate system panels, indoor functional decoration wall surfaces, ceilings and the like.
一种薄体高强釉面发泡陶瓷板,总厚度在10mm~20mm间,釉面厚度在1mm~5mm,釉面包含但不限于哑光釉、有光釉、微晶釉和立体釉,断裂模数大于2.5Mpa,体积密度在300~700Kg/m3。其基体配方包括以下组分的原料:高岭土(或煅烧高岭土)5%~30%,瓷石15%~50%,珍珠岩20%~60%,页岩0~10%,粉煤灰0~5%,D50(中值)2μm绿碳化硅微粉0.2%~0.5%,萤石粉收尘粉0.3%~0.8%,偏硅酸钠0.2%~0.5%。应用于釉面发泡陶瓷板外墙外保温系统的门窗洞口构造,复合保温板、复合隔音板系统面板,室内功能性装修的墙面和天花板等领域。
