The sintering method comprises the following steps that a nitride green body and specific inorganic matter powder are independently placed in the same boron nitride sagger, and then the boron nitride sagger is placed in a graphite furnace to be sintered. According to the sintering method, the problems of redness and blackening in the sintering process of the aluminum nitride ceramic can be effectively solved, and the aluminum nitride ceramic obtained after sintering is uniform and consistent in color and free of the redness or blackening phenomenon.
