Preparation method and application of cellulose sulfonate
The invention discloses cellulose sulfonate and a preparation method thereof, and the method comprises the following steps: (1) taking cellulose as a raw material, adding organic alkali and an organic solvent, and reacting the mixture in a reaction kettle filled with CO2 at the pressure of 0.1-10MPa and the temperature of 30-100 DEG C for 0.5-12 hours to obtain a homogeneous solution; (2) adding sultone into the homogeneous solution, and reacting at 30-180 DEG C for 0.5-48 hours to obtain a cellulose sulfonate solution; and (3) adding C1-C4 low-level fatty alcohol or ester into the cellulose sulfonate solution, filtering, washing and purifying a solid mixture obtained by filtering by using the C1-C4 low-level fatty alcohol or ester, and drying to obtain the cellulose sulfonate. The method disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of easiness in operation, high efficiency, greenness, economy and the like, and has a relatively good industrial application prospect.
本发明公开了一种纤维素磺酸酯及制备方法,方法如下:(1)以纤维素为原料,加入有机碱和有机溶剂,混合物在充有CO2压力为0.1‑10MPa、温度为30‑100℃的反应釜中反应0.5‑12小时,获得均相溶液;(2)向均相溶液中加入磺酸内酯,在30‑180℃下反应0.5‑48h,得到纤维素磺酸酯溶液;(3)向纤维素磺酸酯溶液中加入C1‑C4的低级脂肪醇或酯,然后过滤,将过滤得到的固体混合物用C1‑C4的低级脂肪醇或酯洗涤提纯、干燥,得到纤维素磺酸酯。本发明的方法具有易操作、高效、绿色和经济等特点,具有较好的工业应用前景。
