Preparation method and application of lignin-based sulfonate
The invention discloses a preparation method and application of lignin-based sulfonate, and the method comprises the following steps: (1) taking alkali lignin, enzymatic hydrolysis lignin, organic solvent lignin or lignosulfonate as raw materials, adding inorganic alkali or organic alkali and water or an organic solvent, mixing, activating the mixture in a two-neck or three-neck flask at the temperature of 30-180 DEG C for 0.5-12 hours, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain lignin-based sulfonate; a homogeneous solution is obtained; (2) adding sultone into the homogeneous solution, and reacting at 30-180 DEG C for 0.5-48 hours to obtain a lignin-based sulfonate solution; and (3) adding C1-C4 low-level fatty alcohol into the lignin-based sulfonate solution, then filtering, washing and purifying a solid mixture obtained by filtering by using the C1-C4 low-level fatty alcohol, and drying to obtain the lignin-based sulfonate. The lignosulfonate prepared by the method has the characteristics of good water reducing performance and high retarding performance, and is superior to a commercially available calcium lignosulfonate water reducing agent, and the method disclosed by the invention is easy to operate, efficient, green, economical, low in preparation cost and relatively good in industrial application prospect.
本发明公开了一种木质素基磺酸酯的制备方法及应用,方法如下:(1)以碱木质素、酶解木质素、有机溶剂木质素或木质素磺酸盐为原料,加入无机碱或有机碱和水或有机溶剂混合,混合物在温度为30‑180℃的两口或三口烧瓶中活化0.5‑12小时,获得均相溶液;(2)向均相溶液中加入磺酸内酯,在30‑180℃下反应0.5‑48h,得到木质素基磺酸酯溶液;(3)向木质素基磺酸酯溶液中加入C1‑C4的低级脂肪醇,然后过滤,将过滤得到的固体混合物用C1‑C4的低级脂肪醇洗涤提纯、干燥,得到木质素基磺酸酯。本发明制得的木质素磺酸酯具有减水性能好、缓凝性高的特点,且优于市售木质素磺酸钙减水剂,本发明的方法易操作、高效、绿色、经济,且制备成本低,具有较好的工业应用前景。
