The method comprises the steps that a steel bridge deck is fixed to the bottom end of a bearing platform; the multiple stand columns are divided into first stand columns and second stand columns, and the first stand columns and the second stand columns are arranged in a staggered mode; a cushion block at the top end of the first stand column is dismantled, and a distribution beam and a bailey beam at the top end of the first stand column are lowered to the first stand column; a cushion block at the top end of the second stand column is dismantled, and a distribution beam and a bailey beam at the top end of the second stand column are lowered to the second stand column; the bailey beams and the distribution beams are dismantled; the whole steel bridge deck slab is lowered to the first stand column and the second stand column; and the steel bridge deck slab is dismantled. The disassembling sequence of the steel bridge deck, the distribution beams and the bailey beams is changed, the bailey beams and the distribution beams are firstly disassembled, then the steel bridge deck is disassembled, and the bailey beams, the distribution beams and the steel bridge deck are all lowered to the first stand columns and the second stand columns and then disassembled, so that the hoisting and disassembling heights of the steel bridge deck, the distribution beams and the bailey beams are reduced, the disassembling mode is simple, and the disassembling efficiency is improved.
