The invention relates to the technical field of early-dismantling formworks, in particular to an early-dismantling supporting system of a formwork and a construction method of the early-dismantling supporting system of the formwork. The early-dismantling supporting system of the formwork comprises a plurality of stand columns; a plurality of early-dismantling heads, wherein each early-dismantling head is mounted at the top end of the stand column, each early-dismantling head comprises a first bearing plate and a supporting rod, and the first bearing plate is detachably arranged on the supporting rod; a plurality of early-dismantling beams, wherein the first bearing plates of every two adjacent early-dismantling heads are supported at the two ends of one early-dismantling beam respectively; and a plurality of formworks, wherein the two side edges of the early-dismantling beam are used for supporting the adjacent formworks respectively. According to the invention, the early-dismantling supporting system is formed through joint cooperation of the stand columns, the early-dismantling heads, the early-dismantling beams and the formworks. When the strength of top face concrete reaches 50%, the first bearing plates can be independently dismantled, and therefore, the formworks can be dismantled under the condition that the early-dismantling heads support the early-dismantling beams, so that the number of the formworks in construction is reduced, and the effect of effectively reducing the cost is achieved.
