The invention relates to bridge sliding equipment and a bridge construction system. The bridge sliding equipment comprises a slide way assembly, a first sliding piece and a second sliding piece, the first sliding piece is arranged on a slide rail of the slide way assembly, the second sliding piece is arranged on the first sliding piece, the second sliding piece is locked at the sliding starting end of the first sliding piece, and the gravity of the bridge deck truss is applied to the sliding starting end through the second sliding piece. When the temporary support working platform is connected with the bridge pier, the sliding terminal of the first sliding piece slightly tilts, the sliding terminal can easily cross the connecting position of the temporary support working platform and the bridge pier, and then the sliding starting end and the second sliding piece easily cross the connecting position of the temporary support working platform and the bridge pier. After the first sliding piece slides in place, locking of the second sliding piece relative to the first sliding piece can be relieved, the second sliding piece continues to slide on the first sliding piece, and the moving stroke of the bridge deck truss is increased. And the first sliding piece is matched with the second sliding piece, so that the second sliding piece moves more smoothly, and the construction efficiency is guaranteed.
