The invention belongs to the technical field of ships, and discloses a ship stern door shore connection device which comprises a supporting platform and an energy dissipation assembly, the supporting platform comprises a platform plate and a plurality of stand columns, the stand columns are arranged on the surface, facing a wharf, of the platform plate at intervals, and the stand columns are used for fixedly connecting the platform plate with the wharf; the energy dissipation assembly comprises bearings, roll shafts and bearing seats in one-to-one correspondence with the bearings, the bearing seats and the stand columns are arranged on the surface, away from the wharf, of the platform plate in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the bearings are arranged in the corresponding bearing seats, and the roll shafts are arranged between every two adjacent bearings. The ship stern door is in lap joint with the platform plate, so that interference between the ship stern door and other facilities on a wharf and damage to the surface of the wharf during butt joint of the ship stern door are avoided, and potential safety hazards during butt joint are eliminated; friction force generated when the ship stern door moves along with fluctuation of tide water is reduced through rotation of the roll shaft, and therefore an anti-rust paint surface on the ship stern door is prevented from being damaged.
