A construction method for pouring a rock-fill concrete dam body comprises the steps that a formwork is built in a to-be-poured area, and the formwork and the bottom face form a bin face; paving and filling rockfill materials in the bin surface to form a rockfill layer; pouring equipment is used for conducting self-compacting concrete pouring on the rockfill layer; gradually pouring from the edge of the silo surface to the middle of the silo surface to the intersection area based on the pouring sequence, and completing the pouring of all the silo surfaces formed by the plurality of pouring blocks to form a rock-fill concrete dam body when the sum of the pouring volumes of the pouring blocks of each silo reaches the design size of the silo surface; wherein the intersection area is located in an area with low requirements on stress level and durability in the dam body.
