High-flame-retardant weather-resistant TPO waterproof coiled material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a high-flame-retardant weather-proof TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) waterproof roll which comprises a single TPO waterproof layer or a three-layer structure comprising an upper TPO waterproof layer, a lower TPO waterproof layer and a middle polyester fiber gridding cloth reinforcing layer, the TPO waterproof layer is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 40 to 55 parts of allyl elastomer, 15 to 25 parts of polypropylene, 4 to 7 parts of vinyl elastomer, 3 to 5 parts of C5 petroleum resin, 1 to 2 parts of compatilizer, 15 to 30 parts of composite flame retardant, 2.5 to 5.0 parts of titanium dioxide, 0.3 to 0.6 part of composite antioxidant and 0.5 to 1.0 part of light stabilizer; the composite flame retardant is a composite flame retardant containing carbon black and a compound containing P, N and Si elements at the same time. Therefore, the TPO waterproof coiled material prepared by the invention has the excellent characteristics of high mechanical strength, high elongation, high flame retardance, high weather resistance, easiness in construction, good high and low temperature resistance stability and the like, is waterproof and breathable, and can be applied to waterproof layers of various different matrixes.
本发明涉及一种高阻燃耐候的TPO防水卷材,包括单一的TPO防水层,或者包括上下两层为TPO防水层且中间为聚酯纤维网格布增强层的三层结构;所述TPO防水层,包括按质量份计的:丙烯基弹性体40‑55份、聚丙烯15‑25份、乙烯基弹性体4‑7份、C5石油树脂3‑5份、相容剂1‑2份、复合阻燃剂15‑30份、钛白粉2.5‑5.0份、复合抗氧剂0.3‑0.6份、光稳定剂0.5‑1.0份;所述复合阻燃剂为同时含有P、N和Si元素的复合物以及炭黑的复合阻燃剂。由此,本发明所制备的TPO防水卷材具有高机械强度、高延伸率、高阻燃性、高耐候性、易施工和耐高低温稳定性佳等优良特性,同时防水且透气,可适用于多种不同基体的防水层。
