The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof coiled materials, and particularly discloses a flame-retardant chlorinated polyethylene waterproof coiled material which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-50 parts of chlorinated polyethylene, 8-12 parts of lignin, 6-9 parts of a flame retardant, 5-7 parts of paraffin, 3-5 parts of carbon black, 3-5 parts of barium stearate and 2-4 parts of a vulcanizing agent. According to the chlorinated polyethylene waterproof coiled material, chlorinated polyethylene is adopted as a base material, lignin, paraffin, carbon black and barium stearate are added to serve as functional auxiliaries, the flame retardant is added to optimize the flame retardance of a product, and meanwhile technological vulcanization mixing treatment is conducted through the vulcanizing agent; according to the flame-retardant and heat-resistant composite material disclosed by the invention, the flame-retardant and heat-resistant composite material, and the matched kaolin modification-based regulating agent and the coupled nano silicon dioxide agent are mutually coordinated and synergistically cooperated, so that the obtained product has the advantages of coordinated improvement of flame retardance and mechanical properties, and remarkable waterproof and heat-resistant stability effects of the product.
