The organic component is introduced through joint hydrolytic polycondensation of the siloxane monomer containing the functionalized functional group and orthosilicate, and introduction of the functionalized functional group is realized on the premise of ensuring the inorganic component. A series of silica sol with strong hydrophobicity, good film-forming property, high reinforcing strength and the like is synthesized according to actual needs. The series of silica sol has the advantages of high hardness, high wear resistance, high weather resistance, heat resistance and the like of an inorganic coating, and also has the advantages of toughness, corrosion resistance, hydrophobicity, alkali resistance and the like of an organic reinforcing agent.
