The invention relates to an organic-inorganic hybrid internal curing agent as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a gel suspension from raw materials of the organic-inorganic hybrid internal curing agent, reacting to obtain organic-inorganic hybrid gel, dehydrating, and grinding to obtain the organic-inorganic hybrid internal curing agent, based on 100% of the organic-inorganic hybrid internal curing agent, the dry weight of the composite silicon-calcium inorganic gel is 1-2%; the dry weight of the composite silicon-calcium inorganic gel is 100%, and the composite silicon-calcium inorganic gel comprises 1%-3% of acrylamide homopolymer or copolymer. The organic-inorganic hybrid internal curing agent provided by the invention has a good shrinkage reducing effect by adding a small amount of the organic-inorganic hybrid internal curing agent provided by the invention, and does not cause adverse effects on the flowing effect during concrete mixing and the strength after hardening.
