本发明属于固体废物资源利用技术领域,提供了一种固废基复合胶凝材料及其制备方法和应用,由下列质量份数的原料制备得到:复合胶凝熟料80~90份,二水石膏10~20份。本发明选用的原料为工业固体废弃物,不但实现了大宗工业固废的资源利用,而且节约了大量矿产资源,使得生料成本大幅降低;电石渣、脱硫石膏等已具有足够的细度无需再次进行粉磨,因此生料磨出量可大幅提高,粉磨电耗大幅度降低,降低了相关企业的固废处理成本,能有效地避免大量堆积造成的环境污染、资源浪费等实际问题。本发明提供的固废基复合胶凝材料4h净浆强度最高达30.85MPa,28d最高可达84.78MPa,具有良好的工作性能和力学性能。
