The invention discloses an all-solid waste cementing material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The all-solid waste cementing material comprises a cementing material and tailing sand, wherein the cementing material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-80 parts of slag powder, 15-30 parts of steel slag powder, 10-25 parts of fly ash, 2-20 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 1-10 parts of red mud and 3-10 parts of an activated raw material; the mass ratio of the cementing material to the tailing sand is 1: (8-13). The cementing material is prepared from full-industrial solid wastes, and has the characteristics of high backfill strength, good fluidity, difficulty in shrinkage, low carbon and environment friendliness.
本发明公开了一种全固废胶结料及其制备方法和应用。该全固废胶结料包括胶凝材料和尾矿砂;其中,所述胶凝材料包括如下重量份的组分:矿渣粉30~80份,钢渣粉15~30份,粉煤灰10~25份,脱硫石膏2~20份,赤泥1~10份、活化原料3~10份;所述胶凝材料和所述尾矿砂的质量比为1:8~13。该胶结料采用全工业固体废弃物制备而得,具有回填强度高、流动性好、不易收缩、低碳环保的特点。
