The invention discloses a method for preparing cement clinker from powdery solid waste and steel slag, and belongs to the technical field of building materials, and the method comprises the following steps: step 1, obtaining raw materials; step 2, mixing the bonding raw material and the powdery solid waste according to a first feeding mode by using mixing equipment; 3, 10-20% of tap water is added into the mixed powder obtained in the step 2, stirring is conducted for a first preset time, then the powder is conveyed into a pelletizer to be pelletized, and a pelletized material meeting a first preset condition is obtained; step 4, placing the granulation material meeting the first preset condition obtained in the step 3 in drying equipment for drying to obtain a dried granulation material; and step 5, continuously feeding the dried granulation material obtained in the step 4 and the steel slag particles into a smoke chamber at the tail part of the rotary kiln according to a first ratio, and feeding into the rotary kiln along with the raw material to complete calcination to obtain the cement clinker, thereby achieving the purpose of eliminating the difficulty in uniformly mixing the powdery solid waste and the fine-particle steel slag with the raw material.
