The invention discloses anti-aging and anti-freezing asphalt concrete and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing 6-10 parts by weight of mineral powder and 80-90 parts by weight of aggregate; carrying out preheating treatment at 150-160 DEG C for 1.5-3 hours to obtain a mixed mineral aggregate; (2) preheating 3-5 parts by weight of modified asphalt at 150-160 DEG C for 1.5-3 hours; and (3) adding the modified asphalt into the mixed mineral aggregate at 150-160 DEG C, and mixing to obtain the anti-aging and anti-freezing asphalt concrete. The anti-aging and anti-freezing asphalt concrete disclosed by the invention has good anti-aging, water-stable and anti-freezing and thawing properties.
