The anti-freezing asphalt mixture comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-25 parts of modified asphalt; 50-60 parts of filler; 450-550 parts of aggregate; and 5-10 parts of an anti-freezing agent, wherein the anti-freezing agent is formed by mixing rubber powder and emulsified asphalt powder. The anti-freezing asphalt mixture disclosed by the invention has relatively good anti-freezing performance and is not easy to crack when being used in an environment with relatively large temperature difference.
