Vegetation concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses vegetation concrete and a preparation method thereof. The vegetation concrete comprises a porous concrete matrix and a water-retaining functional layer, the water-retaining functional layer is attached to the inner walls of holes in the porous concrete matrix, and the water-retaining functional layer comprises cement, water-retaining filler and cellulose ether. The preparation method of the vegetation concrete comprises the following steps: 1) preparing the porous concrete matrix; and 2) forming a water-retaining functional layer on the inner walls of the holes in the porous concrete matrix to obtain the vegetation concrete. The vegetation concrete disclosed by the invention has the advantages of excellent water retention/slow release performance, high mechanical strength and the like, and is simple in preparation process, low in production cost and suitable for slope protection and greening engineering in a drought environment.
本发明公开了一种植生混凝土及其制备方法。本发明的植生混凝土的组成包括多孔混凝土基体和保水性功能层,保水性功能层附着在多孔混凝土基体上的孔洞的内壁,保水性功能层的组成包括水泥、保水性填料和纤维素醚。本发明的植生混凝土的制备方法包括以下步骤:1)制备多孔混凝土基体;2)在多孔混凝土基体上的孔洞的内壁形成保水性功能层,即得植生混凝土。本发明的植生混凝土具有保水/缓释性能优异、力学强度高等优点,且其制备过程简单、生产成本低,适合用于干旱环境的护坡复绿工程。
