The invention discloses an early-strength semi-flexible pavement grouting material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The early strength type semi-flexible pavement grouting material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 55 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 10 to 15 parts of fly ash, 10 to 15 parts of river sand, 1 to 5 parts of a water reducing agent, 1 to 5 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 1 to 5 parts of modified cellulose, 1 to 5 parts of sorbitan monooleate and 45 to 55 parts of water. The mortar has the advantages of early strength, rapid hardening and high fluidity, has high viscosity and low dry shrinkage rate, effectively avoids the occurrence of diseases such as deformation of a semi-flexible pavement, meets the technical requirements of the China Engineering Construction Standard Association Standard Urban Road Grouting Semi-Flexible Pavement Technical Regulations (T/CECS 1016-2022), can be seamlessly bonded with an asphalt mixture matrix, and has the advantages of high strength, high hardness and high fluidity. No obvious shrinkage phenomenon exists after hardening, and the actual application effect is good.
