The invention discloses a lightweight microporous heat-insulating castable based on magnesium-aluminum waste residue utilization and a preparation method thereof. The castable comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 60-70% of magnesium-aluminum homogenized particle powder, 15-20% of magnesium oxide superfine powder, 3-5% of a pore forming agent, 0.1-0.5% of a binding agent and the balance of kyanite, the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparation of magnesium-aluminum homogenized particle powder; S2, preparation of mixed powder; and S3, preparation of the castable. The magnalium waste residues with high melting point and heat stability are used as the base material, and the prepared castable has the advantages of being light in weight, good in heat insulation performance, good in corrosion resistance and the like.
本发明公开了一种基于镁铝废渣利用的轻量化微孔隔热浇注料及制备方法,浇注料按照重量百分比计包括:60~70%的镁铝均化颗粒粉,15~20%的氧化镁超微粉,3~5%的造孔剂,0.1~0.5%的结合剂以及余量的蓝晶石;制备方法包括以下步骤:S1、镁铝均化颗粒粉的制备,S2、混合粉料的制备,S3、制备浇注料;本发明本发明通过利用具有较高的熔点和热稳定性的镁铝废渣作为基料,制备得到的浇注料轻量化、隔热性能良好且抗蚀性能较佳等优势。
