The ceramic tile comprises a green body, a glaze layer and a protective layer, the protective layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: organic silicon modified acrylate, nano silicon dioxide, environment-friendly solvent oil, carnauba wax emulsion, frit, a curing agent and a silane coupling agent; the production process comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the raw materials of the green body to obtain a blank; uniformly mixing the raw materials of the glaze layer to obtain glaze; uniformly mixing the raw materials of the protective layer to obtain the protective layer; pressing the blank into a green body, and drying to obtain a green body; uniformly coating the glaze on the green body, drying, firing and cooling to obtain a glaze layer; and uniformly coating the protective material on the glaze layer, firing and cooling to obtain the stain-resistant ceramic tile. The stain-resistant ceramic tile disclosed by the invention has the advantage of improving the stain resistance of the ceramic tile through the synergistic effect of the raw materials.
