Anti-slip stain-resistant ceramic tile and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an anti-slip stain-resistant ceramic tile and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a blank body; preparing protective glaze, and coating the blank body with the protective glaze to form a protective layer; an aluminum source and a dissolving agent are added into the first container, and after stirring and ultrasonic treatment, a first solution is formed in the first container; heating the first container at a constant temperature, and adding a coagulation aid into the first container to form a colloidal substance; sequentially carrying out drying treatment, first grinding treatment and roasting treatment on the colloid to form anti-skid powder; preparing anti-slip powder into an anti-slip agent based on a polyvinyl alcohol solution, coating the protective layer with the anti-slip agent, and performing polishing treatment to form the anti-slip stain-resistant ceramic tile. Through the inhibition effect of the dissolving agent on surface growth, the anti-skid powder is in a hexagonal sheet shape with uniformly distributed particle sizes, and then through the film forming effect of the polyvinyl alcohol solution, the anti-skid agent formed by the hexagonal sheet-shaped anti-skid powder forms a micro-convex structure on the surface of the ceramic tile, so that the surface roughness of the ceramic tile is improved, and the risk of falling down and damage is reduced.
本发明提供一种防滑耐污瓷砖及其制备方法,方法包括制备胚体;制备保护釉,在胚体上涂覆保护釉,以形成保护层;向第一容器内添加铝源及溶解剂,搅拌并超声处理后,于第一容器内形成第一溶液;对第一容器进行恒温加热,并向第一容器内添加助凝液,以形成胶质物;对胶质物依次进行干燥处理、第一研磨处理及焙烧处理,以形成防滑粉;基于聚乙烯醇溶液将防滑粉制备为防滑剂,于保护层上涂覆防滑剂,抛磨处理后形成防滑耐污瓷砖。通过溶解剂对表面生长的抑制作用,使防滑粉呈粒径均匀分布的六边形片状,进而通过聚乙烯醇溶液的成膜作用,使六边形片状的防滑粉形成的防滑剂在瓷砖表面形成微凸结构,提升瓷砖的表面粗糙度,降低了摔倒摔伤的风险。
