The invention relates to a real-time control method and device for axial force of a steel support in the foundation pit excavation process and a medium, and the control method comprises the steps that the maximum axial force value capable of being borne by the steel support under the current working condition is obtained, and the maximum axial force value is stored as a maximum axial force critical value; in the excavation process of the foundation pit, monitoring and obtaining a triggering characteristic signal of deformation of the enclosure body in real time; and after a triggering characteristic signal of deformation of the enclosure body is obtained, the axial force of the steel support is obtained in real time, a continuous pressurization excavation instruction is continuously sent to the control end of the excavation equipment until the current axial force value reaches the maximum axial force critical value, and an instruction for stopping pressurization excavation is sent to the control end of the excavation equipment. Compared with the prior art, through real-time monitoring and control, prediction of the maximum axial force through the correlation model, data analysis and modeling technologies and use of various monitoring instrument information, control over the axial force of the steel support in the foundation pit excavation process can be effectively achieved, and construction safety and efficiency are improved.
