Foundation pit support force real-time control system and method
The invention provides a foundation pit support force real-time control system and method. The system comprises a hydraulic cylinder, a support seat, a locking block, an ejection rod, a crank, a supporting frame, a compression spring, a locking oil cylinder and a programmable logic controller (PLC) unit. The ejection rod is fixedly connected with one end of a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder, a plurality of snapping teeth and guide grooves are formed in both the ejection rod and the locking block at intervals, and the locking oil cylinder drives the locking block to move through the crank to complete mechanical self-locking of the hydraulic cylinder. The action relationship between the hydraulic cylinder and the locking oil cylinder is coordinated through the PLC unit to complete the ejection and mechanical self-locking of the hydraulic cylinder. By means of the system and the method, resource consumption and potential safety hazards caused by manual operations can be prevented, and the foundation pit safe and orderly construction is further guaranteed.
