Rainwater can be evenly guided into the bioretention facility in a sheetflow mode, so that the rainwater is adjusted in the bioretention facility, it can be guaranteed that the depth of the tail-end bioretention facility is not limited by the depth and the length of a front-end transfer type grass planting ditch or a drainage ditch, and the burial depth requirements of an overflow pipe and an outdoor rainwater pipe of the tail-end bioretention facility are met.
