The invention discloses a sewage emergency partition strong drainage method and system, and the method comprises the steps: S1, sewage automatically flows to a water collecting well from a drainage channel by utilizing height difference, and the sewage is discharged into a municipal sewage pipe through a liquid level monitoring assembly and a submersible sewage pump set in the water collecting well; the liquid level monitoring assembly can adjust the specific starting number of submersible sewage pumps in the submersible sewage pump set according to the liquid level condition. S2, the water level is judged according to the position of a floating plate on the liquid level of the water collecting well, and when the water level exceeds a first critical value, on the basis that all the submersible sewage pump sets are opened, the water inlet amount is gradually reduced through a water inlet gate control assembly till a water inlet gate is closed; s2-1, when the water level exceeds a second critical value, on the basis of S2, sewage is discharged into an emergency drainage well by opening an emergency sewage discharge channel; and S3, when sewage backflow occurs, sewage in the opposite flow direction is guided into the emergency drainage well through the anti-sewage channel according to the change of the sewage flow direction.
