The auxiliary system comprises an emergency forced drainage well (1), a water suction port (2), a water inlet pipe (3) and a connecting port (4). The water suction port (2) is arranged in the emergency forced drainage well (1) and is communicated with the connecting port (4) through the water inlet pipe (3); the emergency forced drainage well (1) is communicated with the rainwater inspection well (6) through the communicating closed conduit (5), an opening and closing type flushing door (7) is arranged in the communicating closed conduit (5), and a pressure sensor (8) is arranged on the flushing door (7). Compared with the prior art, under the condition that the daily flood prevention function of the drainage system is not affected, various requirements for emergency rush-discharge through the movable pump (vehicle) under the emergency working condition can be met, and the influence of emergency rush-discharge on the normal life of surrounding residents is reduced.
