The invention provides a structural thermal insulation integrated outer enclosure wall and a manufacturing method thereof.Vertical light steel keels of the outer enclosure wall comprise multiple sets of reinforced keels and C-shaped keels which are parallel in the width direction of a wall body, the reinforced keels are close to an outer wall, and at least one C-shaped keel is arranged beside each reinforced keel; calcium silicate boards are mounted on the two sides of the reinforced keel and the C-shaped keel, and a reinforced keel cavity and a C-shaped keel cavity are formed; the thickness of the inner leaf wall is not less than 30 mm, and the thickness of the outer leaf wall is not less than 50 mm. According to the wall, asbestos fiber is not needed to serve as a thermal insulation material, the energy-saving requirement of local areas including northern cold areas can be met, the wall keel is high in strength, good in bearing capacity and not prone to deformation, flexible connection is formed between the wall keel and a building body, the wall can adapt to slight displacement of a body structure, and the possibility of wall cracking is reduced.
本发明提出了一种结构保温一体化外围护墙及其制造方法,所述外围护墙的竖向轻钢龙骨包括在墙体宽度方向上并列的多组加强型龙骨和C型龙骨,加强型龙骨靠近外叶墙,在每个加强型龙骨的旁侧设置有至少一个C型龙骨,在加强型龙骨和C型龙骨的两侧均安装有硅酸钙板并形成加强型龙骨空腔和C型龙骨空腔;内叶墙的厚度不低于30mm,外叶墙的厚度不低于50mm。本发明的墙体不需要石棉纤维作为保温材料,也能达到当地包括北方寒冷地区的节能要求,而且墙体龙骨强度高,承载力好、不易变形,并且与建筑主体之间形成柔性连接,墙体能适应主体结构的轻微位移,减少墙体开裂的可能性。
