The invention discloses a three-dimensional adjustable stand column and main body structure connecting structure which comprises an inner sleeve core serving as an adapter between an aluminum alloy stand column and a main body structure, the inner sleeve core is connected with a groove type embedded part arranged on the top face of the main body structure through a locking assembly, the stand column is connected with the inner sleeve core through a pin shaft assembly, and the inner sleeve core is inserted into the stand column. The position of the inner sleeve core is adjusted along the groove type embedded part through the locking assembly so that the inner sleeve core and the stand column can be adjusted left and right on the main body structure. The position of the inner sleeve core is adjusted relative to the locking assembly in the inside and outside direction through an inside and outside adjusting long round hole formed in the inner sleeve core so that inside and outside adjustment of the inner sleeve core and the stand column on the main body structure can be achieved. The position of the stand column is adjusted relative to the inner sleeve core in the up-down direction through an up-down adjusting long round hole formed in the inner sleeve core so that up-down adjustment on the main body structure can be achieved. The device has the advantages of being small in occupied space, capable of achieving three-dimensional adjustment of the stand column, high in installation precision, good in load bearing capacity and the like.
