Explosion-proof formwork rod construction method
The anti-explosion formwork rod construction method comprises the following construction steps that S1, a screw of an anti-explosion formwork rod device transversely penetrates through two formworks through holes of the formworks, the two sides of the screw stretch out of the outer ends of the two formworks correspondingly, and sleeves located on the screw are located on the inner sides of the two formworks; s2, the hook pull rod of the explosion-proof mold rod is moved towards the inner side of the mold plate, and the hook part of the hook pull rod abuts against the inner side of the mold plate; s3, a plug of the anti-explosion mold rod is moved in the axial direction of the screw rod, the plug is tightly attached to the outer side of the formwork through a fixing assembly of the anti-explosion mold rod, and the hole is plugged; s4, concrete pouring; and S5, after pouring is completed, the fixing assembly is separated from the screw rod, then the plug is removed, the screw rod is pulled out of one side of the formwork, then the part, stretching out of the formwork, of the hook part is cut off, and the outer wall of the formwork is kept flat. By means of the construction method, the anti-explosion membrane rod piece forms double-F buckle stress in the formwork, and formwork explosion of the outer wall integrated insulation board is prevented.
