The invention discloses a drilling tool for a reinforced concrete cast-in-situ bored pile, and belongs to the field of building construction. Comprising a drilling machine mast, a telescopic drilling rod, a rotary excavating drill bit, a rectangular cutter and a telescopic cutter rod. The top end of the telescopic drill rod is connected to the drilling machine mast. The rotary excavating drill bit is arranged at the bottom end of the telescopic drill rod. The rectangular cutter is located above the rotary excavating drill bit, and a first drill rod hole allowing the telescopic drill rod to penetrate through is formed in the rectangular cutter. The bottom end of the telescopic cutter rod is connected with the rectangular cutter, and the top end of the telescopic cutter rod is connected with the horizontal restraining table which is provided with an impact device. The horizontal restraining table is located below the top end of the telescopic drill rod, and the telescopic drill rod penetrates through the horizontal restraining table and the impact device.
