When the initial hole forming depth of the pile hole reaches the designed depth, the detection cage soil cutter is lifted up and aligned to the position over the pile hole, then the detection cage soil cutter is released, the detection cage soil cutter falls into the pile hole, under the action of self weight and acceleration, soil protruding inwards in the pile hole is cut off through the cylinder, and the cut-off soil is discharged during secondary hole cleaning.
