Ceramic chip and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a ceramic chip and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building ceramic production. The ceramic chip comprises a green body layer, a ground glaze layer and a cover glaze layer, wherein the green body layer comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 5%-10% of limestone, 2%-8% of wollastonite, 1%-5% of black talc, 5%-10% of white mud, 5%-10% of black mud, 5%-10% of bentonite, 25%-35% of medium-temperature sand, 20%-30% of high-temperature sand and 10%-15% of ceramic chip waste. The preparation method of the ceramic chip comprises the following steps: carrying out ball-milling pulping on raw materials of the green body layer, carrying out spray granulation, pressing to form a green body, and carrying out biscuit firing to obtain a biscuit; and performing blank polishing treatment on the surface of the biscuit, sequentially applying ground glaze and cover glaze, and firing in a kiln to obtain the ceramic chip. By adjusting the formula of the green body, the biscuit firing temperature is reduced, the water absorption rate of the green body is reduced, the strength of the green body is improved, and then the ceramic chip low in water absorption rate and high in strength is prepared.
