The invention provides a novel stereoscopic ceramic chip and a preparation method thereof. The novel stereoscopic ceramic chip sequentially comprises a blank layer, a ground coat layer and at least two stereoscopic decorative layer sets from bottom to top. Each stereoscopic decorative layer set sequentially comprises a printing decorative layer and a stereoscopic perspective layer from bottom to top. Waterproof whitening middle layers are further arranged between the ground coat layer and the stereoscopic decorative layer sets. According to the novel stereoscopic ceramic chip with the layering and stereoscopic effect and the lasting decorative effect and the preparation method of the novel stereoscopic ceramic chip, operating procedures are simple, and the perspective side-looking effect of the ceramic chip is enhanced through layer overlaying.
