The invention relates to a cementing material and a pavement material for rapid first-aid repair and construction and a construction method of a pavement for first-aid repair and construction wherein the cementing material for rapid first-aid repair and construction comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100-110 parts of epoxy resin, 85-100 parts of a curing agent and 2-5 parts of reinforced fibers, the curing agent is one or more of a thiol curing agent, an amine curing agent and a phenolic aldehyde curing agent. The cementing material disclosed by the invention has relatively short curing time, after the cementing material is mixed with aggregate, the material can be cured and formed within 30 minutes, the strength can reach the C30 standard of concrete after 1 hour, the passing strength of heavy transport vehicles and emergency vehicles is met, and rapid and high-performance repair and recovery construction can be realized. In the actual construction process, the use amount of the cementing material is small, only about 10% of the aggregate is needed, and the transportation pressure can be relieved. In addition, toughening fibers in the cementing material can improve the anti-explosion and anti-impact capacity of the material.
本发明涉及一种用于快速抢修抢建的胶凝材料、路面材料及抢修抢建路面施工方法,其中,按重量份计,用于快速抢修抢建的胶凝材料包括环氧树脂100‑110份,固化剂85‑100份,以及增强纤维2‑5份,固化剂为硫醇类固化剂、胺类固化剂、酚醛类固化剂中的一种或者几种。本发明的胶凝材料具有较短的固化时间,在与骨料混合后,30min内物料即可固化成型,1h后强度就可以达到混凝土的C30标准,满足重型运输车和抢险车辆通过的强度,能够实现快速、高性能的修复和恢复建设。本发明的胶凝材料在实际施工过程中用量占比小,仅需骨料的10%左右,能够减轻运输压力。另外,胶凝材料中的增韧纤维能够提升材料的抗爆抗冲击能力。
