The invention relates to a mounting and connecting method for segmented assembly type variable cross-section box girder segments. A plurality of vertical main reinforcement through holes and a plurality of longitudinal main reinforcement through holes are preset in each plate unit; after the 0 # blocks are assembled, longitudinal main reinforcements are arranged in the longitudinal main reinforcement through holes and the vertical main reinforcement through holes in all the plates in a penetrating mode, and grouting is conducted; a web plate, a top plate and a bottom plate of the first block are sequentially hoisted, each plate is connected with the 0 # block in butt joint with the plate through longitudinal main reinforcements, grouting is conducted in through holes of the longitudinal main reinforcements, the top plate and the bottom plate of the first block are connected with the web plate through vertical main reinforcements, finally prestressing tendons are tensioned, and installation and connection of the first block are completed; and the subsequent sections are sequentially installed and connected according to the same method until the main beams are folded. The problems of beam section sliding, prestressed duct dislocation and the like in a traditional suspension splicing process can be solved, the overall performance of the main beam is good, meanwhile, the measurement frequency can be reduced in the butt joint process, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种分片装配式变截面箱梁节段的安装及连接方法,在每个板单元内预设多个竖向主筋通孔和多个纵向主筋通孔;0#块拼装完成后,在各板块内的纵向及竖向主筋通孔穿设纵向主筋并注浆;依次吊装1#块的腹板、顶板和底板,将每个板块和与其对接的0#块通过纵向主筋连接并在纵向主筋通孔内注浆,并将1#块的顶板和底板分别与腹板通过竖向主筋连接,最后张拉预应力束,完成1#块安装及连接;按同样方法依次安装和连接后续节段,直至主梁合拢。本发明可避免传统悬拼工艺中梁段滑动、预应力孔道错位等问题,主梁整体性能好,同时在对接过程中可减少测量频次,提高施工效率。
