The deep foundation pit basement cover-excavation sequential construction method comprises a supporting structure, basement side walls and a floor slab, a main beam is further arranged at the bottom of the floor slab, and the main beam is used for supporting the floor slab; a reserved space is formed between the edge of the floor slab and the supporting structure, and the reserved space is used for entering the next layer of the basement for construction; an auxiliary beam is further arranged in the reserved space between the floor slab and the supporting structure, and the edge of the auxiliary beam is connected with the steel pipe concrete piles of the floor slab and the supporting structure. Only a floor structure of a main body structure, a basement side wall and a bottom plate are sequentially constructed in the forward direction after the foundation pit is exposed to the bottom, the floor structure of a building main body is adopted as a supporting structure, a basement structure floor is used for replacing the supporting structure, in this way, combination is achieved, and the construction period and cost for mounting and dismounting a reinforced concrete inner support of a traditional foundation pit are omitted. The problem of water seepage of the basement side wall can be effectively solved, an inner support is omitted, meanwhile, construction waste is reduced, and environmental protection is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种深基坑地下室盖挖顺作施工方法及其结构,包括支护结构、地地下室侧墙以及楼板,楼板的底部还设置有主梁,主梁用于楼板的支撑;楼板的边缘与支护结构之间设置有预留空间,预留空间用于进入到地下室下一层施工;所述楼板与支护结构之间的预留空间内还设置有辅助梁,辅助梁的边缘与楼板和支护结构的钢管砼桩相接。只完成主体结构的楼板结构,地地下室侧墙、底板待基坑见底后依次进行顺向施工,支撑结构采用建筑主体的楼板结构,用地下室结构楼板代替支撑结构,这样合二为一,省去了传统基坑钢筋混凝土内支撑安、拆的工期和费用。可以有效地可以解决地地下室侧墙渗水的问题,取消内支撑,同时减少了建筑垃圾,有利于环境保护。
