The invention discloses a deep foundation pit excavation method based on an original basement structure. The deep foundation pit excavation method comprises the steps that the range of an obstacle clearing area is determined; a foundation pit is excavated in the obstacle clearing area till a top plate of an original basement structure; pouring a concrete terrace; the pile positions of a plurality of stand column piles are positioned, so that the multiple pile positions are arranged in the obstacle clearing area range at intervals; each pile position is punched, and a stand column pile is constructed; breaking the concrete terrace and a top plate of an original basement structure; constructing a plurality of inner supports in the foundation pit; steel plates are laid on the tops of the multiple inner supports, the wall body of the original basement structure is broken downwards on the basis of the steel plates, and the foundation pit continues to be excavated till a bottom plate of the original basement structure is reached; and a bottom plate of an original basement structure is broken, original engineering piles are removed, and the construction efficiency is improved through the excavation method.
