The method mainly comprises the following steps: 1) firstly prefabricating an independent foundation in a factory or a prefabricating field; (2) independent foundation positioning and paying-off are conducted, a foundation pit is excavated, after a concrete cushion layer is poured, M20 cement paste is laid on the cushion layer, and prefabricated independent foundation installation is conducted; (3) foundation beam or formwork installation and steel bar installation are conducted, and during installation, foundation beam steel bars need to be anchored in the prefabricated independent foundation or connected with reserved steel bars of the prefabricated independent foundation; according to the mode, operation is easy, convenient and rapid, advanced intervention of the construction process of the independent foundation can be achieved, the foundation pit exposure time is shortened, the construction period is shortened, meanwhile, factory manufacturing of the independent foundation can be achieved, cost is saved, and quality is easily guaranteed.
