The truss type steel pipe grouting pile foundation comprises a plurality of grouting pile modules which are sequentially connected to form a grouting pile foundation structure main body; each unit grouting pile module comprises a vertically-arranged straight pile, a grouting pile is embedded in the straight pile, and a protective sleeve is arranged at the top of the grouting pile. First connecting mechanisms are respectively arranged on the peripheral sides of the protective sleeve; one end of the first connecting mechanism is connected with the protective sleeve; the trusses are arranged in the circumferential direction of the straight piles, the two ends of the trusses are connected to the two opposite sides of the two straight piles located in the two adjacent grouting modules correspondingly, and stress displacement collectors are arranged on the trusses correspondingly; the two ends of the connecting beam are connected with the two opposite ends of the two first connecting structures located in the adjacent modules correspondingly; the fixed mounting plates are connected with the bottoms of the straight piles correspondingly. The grouting pile foundation is modularized, the grouting pile module can be flexibly arranged according to an actual construction site, redundant construction is avoided, and the construction flexibility is improved.
