Prepressing method for grouting small-diameter steel pipe pile foundation
The invention discloses a pre-pressing method for a grouting small-diameter steel pipe pile foundation. A high-strength low-relaxation unbonded prestressed steel strand bundle anchor cable is placed in a hole, a bearing plate and a guide cap are installed at the lower end of a steel strand bundle, a positioning ring is used in the middle of the steel strand bundle to control the line shape, cement paste is injected into the hole under pressure, and the cement paste permeates into a surrounding soil layer. A jack is arranged at the corresponding position of the top surface of the pile foundation bearing platform, the jack is used for loading the carrying pole beam, the anchor cables are pulled by the two ends of the carrying pole beam, and anchoring force is provided by the cement paste through pulling resistance of the cement paste and a soil layer; and then counter force is applied to the jack, and pre-pressing of the pile foundation is achieved. Construction is easy and convenient, safety and reliability are achieved, large equipment is not needed for drilling, large loads can be applied to the small bearing platform, and the problem that a construction site is limited is solved.
本发明公开一种注浆小直径钢管桩基础的预压方法,孔内安放高强度低松弛无粘结预应力钢绞线束锚索,钢绞线束下端安装承压板和导向帽,中间用定位环控制线型,孔内压力注入水泥净浆,水泥净浆向周围土层渗入。锚索另一端锚固在扁担梁上,扁担梁由双拼工字钢或型钢组成,中间留空隙,方便锚索穿过,用连接板相连,在桩基础承台顶面相应位置安放千斤顶,千斤顶对扁担梁加荷载,扁担梁两端拉动锚索,水泥浆通过与土层的抗拔力提供锚固力,进而对千斤顶施加反力,实现对桩基础的预压。本发明施工简便,安全可靠,无需大型设备钻孔,可以实现对小型承台施加较大的荷载,解决施工场地受限的难题。
