Steel plant roof flue gas collection and dust removal system and method and application
The invention discloses a steel plant roof flue gas collection and dust removal system. The system comprises a plurality of closed roof clerestory bodies and dust removal pipelines which are arranged on a plant roof. Wherein a plurality of exhaust inlets corresponding to a roof clerestory are formed in the dust removal pipeline; the dust removal pipeline is communicated with the exhaust inlet through a branch pipe, and a switching electric valve is arranged on the branch pipe; and the switching electric valve is remotely controlled. An original open clerestory is changed into a closed clerestory in a feeding cross-region, a smoke dust collecting cover is formed, escaping smoke dust generated in converter feeding production is collected in time in a centralized mode, organized emission of the smoke dust is achieved, and the overall dust removal effect in a plant is greatly improved. The converter feeding bay and the receiving bay are separated through the partition plate, a large amount of smoke dust generated when the converter splashes is divided and can be collected through an original dust removal cover and a newly-added roof dust removal system, the situation that pollution is caused in a plant due to flying around is avoided, and unorganized emission is upgraded to organized emission.
本发明公开了炼钢厂屋面烟气收集与除尘系统,包括设置在厂房屋顶的若干封闭式屋顶气楼和除尘管道;其中,除尘管道上设置多个与屋顶气楼对应的吸风口;除尘管道与吸风口之间通过支管连通,支管上设置切换电动阀;所述切换电动阀通过远程控制。在加料跨区域将原有敞开的气楼改成程封闭的封闭,形成烟尘收集罩,将转炉加料生产中产生的逸散烟尘及时集中收集,实现了烟尘的有组织排放,大大提升了厂房内整体除尘效果。将转炉加料跨和接受跨用隔板分开,转炉喷溅时产生的大量烟尘得到分流,分别可以由原有除尘罩及新增屋面除尘系统进行收集,不再四散飘逸造成厂房内污染,将无组织排放升级为有组织排放。
