The invention relates to the technical field of emergency doors, in particular to an emergency door opening and closing control method which comprises the steps that S1, a handle on an emergency switch used for locking an emergency door is started for the first time, and a door opening request signal is sent to a driver console; s2, the door opening request information is confirmed and allowed by an operator in a control console control room; s3, receiving a permission signal of the control cabin, re-starting the handle on the emergency switch, and releasing the starting limitation on the emergency door by the emergency switch; s4, the control cabin transmits the signal to another door leaf electronic lock used for limiting starting of the emergency door at the same time, and after the door leaf electronic lock receives the information of the control cabin, starting limitation on the emergency door is relieved; s5, gradually opening the emergency door; and S6, descending the ramp ladder. The emergency door is locked through the double locking devices, and the probability that the emergency door is opened by mistake is greatly reduced.
