Polyurethane foaming composite insulation board and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a polyurethane foaming composite insulation board and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, spraying a layer of polyurethane foaming material on a bottom template or cement paper; s2, a layer of inorganic heat preservation particles is laid on the upper side of the polyurethane foaming material, and then a layer of polyurethane foaming material continues to be sprayed; according to the method, the inorganic heat preservation particles and the polyurethane foaming materials are alternately laid in a layered mode till the preset height range is reached; the inorganic thermal insulation particles are expanded perlite particles or vitrified microbead particles; s3, a pressing plate is placed on the last layer of polyurethane foaming materials or inorganic heat preservation particles, cement paper is selectively arranged between the pressing plate and the polyurethane foaming materials or the inorganic heat preservation particles, the pressing plate is kept fixed so that the polyurethane foaming materials can be sufficient, and gaps among the inorganic heat preservation particles are filled with the polyurethane foaming materials after foaming; and S4, after polyurethane foaming and hardening, the polyurethane foaming composite insulation board is obtained.
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯发泡复合保温板及其制备方法。所述制备方法包括以下步骤:S1、在底模板或水泥纸上淋一层聚氨酯发泡料;S2、在所述的聚氨酯发泡料上侧铺设一层无机保温颗粒,然后继续淋一层聚氨酯发泡料;按此法将无机保温颗粒和聚氨酯发泡料分层交替铺设,直至铺设到预定高度范围;所述无机保温颗粒为膨胀珍珠岩颗粒或玻化微珠颗粒;S3、在最后一层聚氨酯发泡料或无机保温颗粒上放置压板,压板与聚氨酯发泡料或无机保温颗粒之间选择性设置水泥纸,保持压板固定不动使聚氨酯发泡料充分,聚氨酯发泡料发泡后填充无机保温颗粒之间的空隙;S4、聚氨酯发泡硬化后,得到聚氨酯发泡复合保温板。
