The invention relates to the technical field of insulation boards, in particular to a reinforced rigid polyurethane foaming insulation board which comprises a bottom frame and a top plate, the bottom frame and the top plate are both made of metal, a closed foaming space is formed between the top plate and the bottom frame, a filler opening is formed in the side wall of the bottom frame, a cylindrical connecting column is fixedly installed in the center of the top plate, and a sealing groove is formed in the top plate. The bottom frame is provided with an inserting-connecting assembly, and the connecting columns are inserted into the inserting-connecting assembly to achieve connection between the top plate and the bottom frame. The top plate and the bottom frame are rapidly connected through the inserting assemblies to form the closed foaming space, meanwhile, after polyurethane is foamed in the foaming space to form the polyurethane interlayer, the top plate and the bottom frame form an I shape to clamp the polyurethane interlayer, the connection strength between the polyurethane interlayer and the top plate and the connection strength between the polyurethane interlayer and the bottom frame in the heat preservation plate are improved, and the heat preservation effect is improved. The polyurethane interlayer is prevented from being separated from the top plate and the bottom frame, and then the overall strength of the polyurethane foaming heat preservation plate is guaranteed.
