The admixture comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15% of water-borne epoxy resin, 15% of high-molecular water-absorbent resin, 16% of sodium methyl silicate, 13% of modified diatomite, 20% of plant ash and 21% of modified polypropylene fiber. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing a No.1 admixture and a No.2 admixture according to a preparation ratio of 4: 1, uniformly mixing and stirring the following components in percentage by mass: 18.9% of high-water-absorption epoxy resin, 16.5% of modified diatomite, 18.9% of water-borne epoxy resin liquid, 25.4% of plant ash and 20.3% of sodium methyl silicate, and uniformly mixing and stirring the following components in percentage by mass: 18.9% of high-water-absorption epoxy resin, 16.5% of modified diatomite, 18.9% of water-borne epoxy resin liquid, 25.4% of plant ash and 20.3% of sodium methyl silicate; uniformly dispersing in a KH-550 aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 0.2%, adding nano silicon dioxide with the mass being 5% of the mass of the polypropylene fibers, and filtering after concentration gradient treatment to obtain modified polypropylene fibers; the mortar is formed by mixing an additive and mortar according to a mass ratio of 1: 3.
