The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 to 120 parts of cement, 20 to 50 parts of fly ash, 200 to 400 parts of sand, 8 to 16 parts of aluminum oxide, 15 to 30 parts of kaolin or modified kaolin, 1 to 3 parts of monopotassium phosphate, 2 to 5 parts of aluminum potassium sulfate, 10 to 30 parts of epoxy resin emulsion, 40 to 70 parts of water, 1 to 4 parts of sodium polyacrylate and 1 to 4 parts of defoaming agent. 2-7 parts by weight of a water reducing agent and 0.5-4 parts by weight of a reinforcing agent. The anti-permeability cement mortar has excellent breaking strength, shrinkage resistance and permeability resistance, is energy-saving and environment-friendly, and is long in service life.
